Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship everywhere.
If you’ve got an address, we’ll get it there.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from Commerce, California.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, it’s already moving — but you can still return it once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All the usual. Fast and secure.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday and ship out within 1–3 business days.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days, depending on your location.
If there's a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If it's been 30 days since it shipped and nothing’s arrived, we’ll make it right.
Email us and we’ll refund you.
Will I have to pay customs or taxes?
Possibly — depends on your country.
We don’t charge tax on our end, but local customs might.
